 Why cops in Sarina Maxine?

Honestly, I don't know. Like I said in my previous post, I started writing this when I was in high school and at that time I guess I thought cops were cool. I grew up watching the show COPS and I lived in a high-crime city so you always saw cops chasing someone down. I just figured it would be a perfect setting for some romance. You got the drama, action, and live-threatening moments where romance naturally blossoms. Well, okay yeah that happens on T.V but still, we can only hope. 

It's not just cops, I represent the air force in there too. Javi is loyal, brave, and one tough soldier. Now don't go around thinking I was in the air force because...that's so not true. I wanted Javi to be in the military because I figure that would best fit his personality and also his storyline. As I said before, he comes from a well-off family and was thought to continue the family business. Becoming a soldier is something he wanted to do not just for himself but for others. He's a natural hero. I've always been pro air force because I simply always like planes. The old school ones. I liked watching war movies growing up and my favorite, you guessed it, was the air force. 

Anyway, back to cops. I wanted to show a different side to cops. Tyler and Josh are great at being cops but they aren't by the book. They are loyal to their job and are motivated to stop crime though not in the most legal ways but in my world cops can beat up the bad guys for answers because the bad guys are always guilty. I also show how not all cops are loyal, some are corrupt which is what we see in real life too. I wanted that battle between the two sides in not only law enforcement but in all high powers of society. What will your average Joe do when those we look up to for guidance and protection turn to something like an all-powerful crime organization. 

I figure it was a pretty interesting storyline that most of us could relate to or easily imagine.
